Cancellation Policy

At Salt Salon and Spa, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service and care. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Booking Fee: To secure your appointment for massages, facials, nails, and hair services, a non-refundable booking fee of $1 will be required. This fee will be charged to a card that we will keep on file. If you attend your scheduled appointment, this $1 will be applied towards the cost of your service.

2. Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that all cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

3. Late Cancellations: If you cancel, change or do not show up for your appointment without providing the 24-hour’ notice, we will need to charge your card 20% of the cost of the service or services that were booked.

This policy has been put in place due to the increasing number of missed appointments, which can disrupt our schedule and affect our ability to serve all of our valued clients.
